Rules for using the site, the status of the information published here and how enquiries are handled.

1. General

These Terms govern the use of https://seatechpro.ru, owned by SEATECH PRO. Using the Site means accepting the Terms in full.

If you do not agree with the Terms, please stop using the Site.

2. Status of the information published here

Information about services, the fleet, equipment and completed projects is provided for reference and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The scope of work, schedule, price and warranties are set out in the contract and its annexes, concluded once the technical requirements have been agreed.

3. Enquiries

By submitting the contact form, the visitor confirms that the details given are accurate and consents to their processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

An enquiry does not oblige the Operator to enter into a contract, and further information about the task may be requested.

4. Intellectual property

All material on the Site — texts, photographs, video, graphics, the logo and the visual identity — belongs to SEATECH PRO or is used on lawful grounds.

Copying and distribution without the written consent of the rights holder is not permitted. Quotation is allowed with an active link to the source.

5. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. The Operator is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Site, for possible technical inaccuracies in the material, or for the content of external resources linked from the Site.

6. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms unilaterally. The current version is published on this page and takes effect when published.

7. Governing law

These Terms and the relations between the parties are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by Russian law.

This English text is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version of the Terms prevails.
