Privacy policy

1. General

This Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to https://seatechpro.ru (the Site) is processed and protected. SEATECH PRO acts as the data operator (the Operator).

The Policy is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and applies to all information the Operator may obtain about a visitor while the Site is used.

By using the Site and submitting data through its forms, the visitor confirms agreement with this Policy.

2. What data is processed

The Operator processes two kinds of information:

• data the visitor provides: name, telephone number, email address, company name and the content of the enquiry;
• technical data transmitted automatically: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of the visit, referring source, pages viewed and cookie data.

3. Purposes of processing

• handling enquiries and contacting the visitor using the details they provide;
• preparing commercial offers, estimates and contracts for works;
• performing contractual obligations and the related paperwork;
• analysing site traffic and improving the content and usability of the Site.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of the visitor's consent, given when a form on the Site is submitted, as well as for the performance of a contract to which the visitor is a party and where required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small text files stored in the browser. They allow the Site to work correctly and let the Operator measure traffic in anonymised form.

The Site uses Yandex.Metrica (including its Webvisor technology) and Google Analytics. These services collect anonymised data about visitor behaviour and process it under their own terms.

Cookies can be refused in the browser settings, and files already stored can be deleted. With cookies disabled, some functions of the Site may not work correctly.

6. Disclosure to third parties

The Operator does not sell or pass personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may be transferred to the analytics providers named above in anonymised form, and to authorised state bodies on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Retention

Personal data is kept no longer than the purposes of processing require, or until the visitor withdraws consent, unless a different period is set by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. Your rights

A visitor has the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
• require that data be corrected, blocked or deleted if it is incomplete, out of date, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

9. How to get in touch

Requests concerning personal data, including withdrawal of consent, should be sent to info@seatechpro.ru. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receiving the request, unless there is another lawful ground for keeping it.

10. Data security

The Operator takes the organisational and technical measures needed to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration and disclosure. Data travels between the browser and the Site over HTTPS.

11. Changes to this Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the revision date shown at the top.
