08Berth construction and repair

A berth is where water becomes a working area. We build and repair berthing structures — from pontoon lines and gangways to restoring existing quay walls — including the underwater part and the condition survey behind it.

Pontoon berths

A modular pontoon line is assembled for the specific water area: length, depth, water-level range and how it will be used. We install the sections, fit gangways and platforms, secure the line on anchors or piles and hand over a berth ready for service.

Repairing what is already there

A quay wall wears out below the water first. We survey the submerged part, record the state of piles, sheet piling and fenders, and then carry out the repair — from replacing elements to restoring the protection of the structure.

Survey before the work

Any repair starts with an objective picture: a diver survey with photo and video recording shows the actual condition. The scope is then planned on that, not on assumptions.
