An anchor spread is what holds a floating object where the design says it should be. We run, set and recover anchors, lay out anchor lines and position pontoons, platforms and vessels during work on the water.

A catamaran for anchor handling
Anchors are run and recovered with our technical catamaran pontoon and its A-frame. The twin hulls give stability and clear deck space; the frame makes it possible to work with heavy anchors and lines.
Layout and positioning
The layout of the anchor spread decides how steady the whole floating set-up will be. We work out the pattern for the loads, the current and the wind, run the anchors to their design positions and hold the object on station for the duration of the works.
Maintenance and repositioning
Positions change as construction moves on. We shift and re-lay anchors, maintain the anchor lines and correct the position of floating objects without stopping the main works.
